We are a global design leader ranked 11th largest in the UK and within the Global Top 100 architectural practices.  We have a Vision to transform the industry and enrich lives through the built environment to create a better world. We undertake projects across all major sectors from education, business space, residential and mixed use through to advanced technologies, hospitality, civic and cultural, transport and defence. With our global headquarters in London we also have studios across the UK and international studios in Singapore, New York, and Amsterdam. These together with strategic alliances in the Middle East and Hong Kong enable us to serve our growing international client and project base.
We are highly experienced in the design and delivery of elegant and authentic learning environments – new and refurbished, that address the local context. Projects range from pre-school to further and higher education and incorporate both independent and international schools. These projects encompass a wide variety of educational models, specialisms, sites, settings, investment and procurement routes.  Places of learning must be progressive and collaborative and the collaboration begins with our architects, designers and project stakeholders. Together we explore new ways to providing inspirational spaces that invite innovation and create wellbeing. Spaces that are sustainable, connected and have the capacity to evolve.

Clyde & Co Clasis Singapore
Clyde & Co has a global education sector practice, giving us the capability to help clients make the most of opportunities in growing economies and emerging markets. We have particular strength in advising UK independent schools and universities to expand their operations in APAC and the Middle East. We play a crucial role in helping these institutions co-operate with investors and local partners to establish branded campuses in territories such as China, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, the UAE, Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and throughout the wider APAC and MEA regions. A significant part of our role is to advise investors and international education providers on growth opportunities, merger and acquisition activity and overall corporate governance. At all times, we tailor the support we provide to reflect local market practice and the jurisdiction’s regulatory framework. From supporting private investors in their first forays into the sector to advising operators in new and challenging jurisdictions, we offer expert guidance across all legal aspects of education.
